About PDQ Staffing

Currently staffing over 4,000 employees a day, we have proven to continue earning the trust of many companies across the DFW Metroplex. Service is a word used often in our industry, but since 1991, we have taken service to a higher level for our customers. We will do whatever it takes to find quality individuals to do quality work for our clients.

Our History

In 1991, Richard "Skip" Mumme opened PDQ Temporaries Inc., a small 24-hour, light industrial staffing firm, serving the North Texas area, from a small one room office.

In 1993, Skip's youngest son, Doug Mumme joined his father's company after graduating from Lamar University. Skip’s philosophy for Doug was to learn as many different roles in the company as possible. Doug quickly learned that to be successful in the staffing industry he has to always be focused on People Driven Qualities. Throughout the years and serving many positions within the company, Doug eventually became President of PDQ Temporaries, Inc. In 2015 Doug purchased the company from his father and carries on the PDQ legacy today.

In 2018, the company name was changed to PDQ Staffing, Inc. to better reflect how we have become so much more than just a “temp agency”. Our new name and brand identity better communicates our values as well as our expanded services within the staffing industry.
