We are always on the lookout for high-quality candidates. As an Associate Worker of PDQ Staffing, when you refer a new employee to us, and that person works a minimum of 40 hours within the first two weeks of their assignment, you can earn a $100 referral bonus. There is no limit to the number of employees you can refer and bonuses you can earn!

Do you have a referral who you think would be a great fit for one of our client companies, but don’t see a position right for them? We always have new job opportunities, so even if you do not see a current listing that matches their criteria, we may be able to find a position at a later time.

Associate Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

Our Associate Referral Program is designed to reward individuals with a bonus in exchange for a candidate referral who is then placed on an assignment with PDQ Staffing, who we would not have placed otherwise.
How to Enter
To participate in our referral program, simply complete the online referral form by clicking one of the two Refer A Friend buttons on this page. Fill in all mandatory fields and we will send you an email confirmation from your submission to the email address you provided. PDQ Staffing is not responsible for problems accessing the website, technical or other conditions which disrupt the completion of the online referral submission.

Referrals must be submitted before the referred candidate begins an assignment. Candidate referrals must not have been placed on a job by PDQ Staffing in the past 12 months.  

To be eligible to receive the referral bonus, the individual referring the candidate must be on an assignment or have just completed an assignment within the past 2 weeks.

Referral talent in our employee referral program must be placed on an assignment within 6 months of the referral date and work a minimum of 40 hours within the first two weeks they are on an assignment.

Please do not contact your office to inquire on referral status; if you qualify for a bonus, you will be notified.

Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in PDQ Staffing’s Referral Program.
Release; Consent to use Likeness, Voice and Address
Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility prior to awarding the bonus. Each winner (a) agrees to release PDQ Staffing from any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with awarding or accepting the bonus(es), and/or misuse of any bonus, or to participate in The Referral Program or in prize-related activities, including the travel related thereto, and (b) consents to the use by PDQ Staffing for promotional purposes, of his or her likeness or voice (including photos/videos of the winner’s prize awarding) without any additional compensation. By participating in this Program, each participant agrees to the application of these official rules. 

PDQ Staffing reserves the right to interpret, amend, or revoke any portion of the referral bonus program at its sole discretion with or without notice. PDQ Staffing may also at any time and without notice change the prizes to be awarded in this Program.
Referral Bonus Payout
Payment for candidates is in the form of a payroll addition.

Payment for non-candidates is in the form of an Amazon gift card, and will be sent via email.

For direct-hire roles, bonuses will be paid once the hired candidate reaches the client’s guarantee date (usually between 30 to 90 days of work) and PDQ Staffing has been paid in full.

A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to PDQ Staffing. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer.

Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in PDQ Staffing’s Referral Program.
